Welcome to PoolRevive La Mirada Pool Services. By using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services We Provide

We offer professional pool cleaning, maintenance, repair, and inspection services throughout La Mirada, CA and surrounding areas. Our services include weekly cleaning, one-time deep cleaning, green pool treatment, filter services, equipment repairs, tile cleaning, pool opening and closing, and inspection services.

All services are scheduled by appointment. We will make reasonable efforts to arrive during your scheduled time window, but weather conditions, equipment issues, or emergencies may cause delays.

2. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide safe access to your pool area during scheduled service times. This includes removing obstacles, securing pets, and ensuring gate access is available. You are responsible for maintaining proper water levels and informing us of any known equipment issues before service begins.

For weekly service customers, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule a visit.

3. Pricing and Payment

Service prices are provided in your quote and confirmed before work begins. Weekly service customers are billed monthly in advance. One-time services are due upon completion unless other arrangements are made in writing.

We accept payment by cash, check, or credit card. Late payments may result in service suspension and late fees. If additional work or parts are needed beyond the original quote, we will contact you for approval before proceeding.

4. Cancellation Policy

Weekly service customers may cancel their recurring service with 14 days written notice. One-time service appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled without charge if we receive at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Service Guarantees and Limitations

We guarantee our workmanship and will address any service-related issues promptly at no additional charge. However, we cannot guarantee results when equipment is faulty, when customer follows different maintenance practices between visits, or when environmental factors beyond our control affect water quality.

We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing equipment defects, improper installation by others, or issues resulting from lack of maintenance prior to our service.

6. Liability and Insurance

PoolRevive La Mirada Pool Services carries general liability insurance. We take great care in performing our services but are not liable for damage to property that is not directly caused by our negligence. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from conditions we did not create or could not reasonably detect.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and use your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. We will not share your information with third parties except as necessary to provide services or as required by law.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify weekly service customers of significant changes. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

9. Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern about our service, please contact us directly so we can resolve it. Most issues can be handled quickly through direct communication. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the laws of the State of California and the jurisdiction of courts in Los Angeles County.
